How do people get so many referrals? Just putting the banner on their profiles and signatures?  Is there a site that's really good for that?

I get most of my referrals meeting them online person to person, then offer then a way to find free money.

I would like to know how people get referrals as well.  Most websites ban referral links, so it's difficult to find somewhere to post.  The places that are allowed, like Youtube, I never get any views.

So far I have 9 referrals  that were referred by emails that I sent out and a landing page that I promote.

The thing most people on YouTube fail to recognize is it's NOT just a place to post your videos, it's one of the largest most active Social Networks online. If you USE it to make contacts and share ideas, you can increase views over time and build your 'Personal Value Level' so your conversions increase as well. If you want to earn more online and are not familiar with the concept, you should Google it and start taking advantage of being an early adapter.

I have gotten referrals through advertising on traffic exchanges, paid to read ads, blogs, signature lines in forums, free business cards.  Basically just put your referral url on anything and get the word out.

I suppose that I should use a banner in signatures and such, because they seem to be very eye catching!

other than using the banner or a referral link, what else do you recommend?

I guess the first thing you need to make clear in your own mind is, are you looking for a handful or hundreds? If you want hundreds, you need to find a way to set yourself apart from the crowd. Stop thinking about how you can get more referrals and start learning how you can be of more value to others.

I watched all the helpful videos you made and you seem to be the FC expert! Just wondering if you have any suggestions for advertising on other social media sites like Facebook??
