does this ever happen to you.!

Above my knee theres a muscle that keeps twitching... but everytime I stop to look at it it no longer twitches.. anything like this ever happen to you.?

no but some time when I am setting watching TV my lags wiggle with out my thinking about it that make the wife up set when I do it.

many muscle twitches can be normal, but some can be a result of something more going on -- worth telling your Dr. about at your next visit

i use to have a lot of muscle twitches and then when i quit drinking diet coke i noticed that it stopped, i dont now if that was it or not..

yeah.....i have random muscle twitches all over my body and I never drink diet coke....so I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it happens like a lot a lot....

 no but my eye twiches every once in a while. maybe u have a bad nerve or u need botox to calm the nerves. the dr recommended botox for my mom's twitching eye but she has a skin condition so they wont give her an injection.

Happens to me, too.  My eye was twitching the other day and went on for hours...I was about to go insane!   :BangHead:

Sometimes get twitches here and there.  When I really notice it, is when I'm just about to fall asleep, I'll get a couple real good jerks in my body.......kinda weird.  I asked a medical opinion, and was told my body was naturally "relaxing" itself for sleep.  Good as explanation as any I guess :dontknow:

I have had it happen to me several times, usually in the leg. My doctor said it was nothing to worry about, just normal muscle reactions.
