If it is real, it is sad.  My Granny passed away from emphysema and COPD.

it's horrible! I spent 35 years addicted to nicotine and have been free of it over 10 years now and counting

I hope it is not real.  And who ever put it on uTube is stupid.  Neglect is a form of child abuse and if it is true they should have the child taken away from them.

The police/doctors or someone needs to stop him from smoking any more before he dies of lung cancer.  Throw the parents in jail.
