How Do You Submit a Support Ticket?

Could someone help some of us newbies how to submit a support ticket.  Some people are filling out offers with no credit, and don't know how to get the Admins. attention.  Anybody? :wave:

 :star:  Go to the FC site and click on Support on the top right of the page.  Link here: http://www.fusioncash.net/tickets.php?new=1
 :heart:  Fill out the ticket, click on submit, it will take you back to the FAQs page, scroll down to and click on submit again.  
  :peace: You should receive an acknowledgement e-mail if it was submitted correctly
