Clicking on an Offer Question

Ok, Im real new to all of the this and have read a lot in the forums, but I have a question that I haven't run across yet, so hopefully no one else has already asked.

If I click on an offer and the page doesnt load does that mean I cant click on it again to complete the offer?  Im on dial up (sorry live in the boonies) and several times I have clicked on pages and lost my connection before the page loaded, but I was afraid to click it again after reading some of the other forum posts.

I didnt want to do anything that would get me in trouble.

Also, I have 2-3 offers that I completed (or at least I thought I did) but Im not getting credit for them, can I go back and do those again just in case there was something I missed?

You can click on an offer as many times as you want, but you can only COMPLETE it once...

As far as the offers you've completed, but haven't been credited for, you're not allowed to do those over again

Ok I get it.  Leads me to another question

How do I know for sure if I have "completed" an offer?  Is there any place where it says completed?

Sorry if that sounds like a dumb question.
