Some recipes call for a little bit of alcohol.  I don't want to buy a whole bottle just to use a little bit.  Is there a website or something where I can just buy the little amount that I need so I don't waste my money?  One time I bought like a $10 bottle of wine for one recipe for a half a cup, the rest sat in my fridge for a month or so before I finally tossed it.

very unlikly you will find that....when a purchase a bottle of wine i use it for multiple reason so that it doest spoil on me.

For recipes like that where it calls for a lot of an ingredient I can't buy in a smaller size, I just make that meal several times.

I usually just drink the unused part with my meal

Maybe this is why I never make those kind of recipes...HEE HEE     Drinking it with the meal was going to be my suggestion as well
