No you can only do the offers that are offered but you can do refferals.  Use your referral link to get you more money that way.  They do have different survey sites to be able to join and make money through them also.  Hope this helps.

I dont know what site you are referring to but you shouldn't have to pay them if they are asking your opinion. They should pay you!
