How do you feel about using the Public rest-rooms?

It depends on how public they are.  Bus stations are usually filthy, I won't even go in those.  Everything else seems clean by comparison.

I would say that kinda disgusted in the sense of sitting down on the toilet and then when  u need to go well you open the door and u see all the stuff and well it and it makes ya doesn't wanna go do your business you know?

no matter how clean it seems, i always squat.
if i gotta go, i gotta go. i'll use any restroom if i have to.

...i guess #2 is a bigger deal to me in a public restroom.
i only mind the fact that its a little awkward when someone
inevitably sits down in the stall next to you. i usually hold

If I have to go I don't care where it is I have no problem using a public rest room.

      Make sure the restrooms you use are clean and always use seats covers. Flush the toilet before using it to make sure there is fresh clean water under you.

I honestly don't have any qualms about it.  Restrooms are dirty period.  Unless you incessantly clean at home, your restroom is dirty as well.  Yes it is YOUR dirt but it still is dirty.  Honestly I have more problems with touching the hand rail of an escalator than I do about public bathrooms.

Public restrooms are ok, just as long as they are clean, nice, and smell good. When I do use it I always cover the toliet seat up. I don't like public restrooms where there is toliet paper all over the floor, not as clean, and you go in and no one has even flush the toliet.

The only time I use a public restroom is when I really have to go bad!! I try not to use them but you don't have a choice sometimes.

I don't mind as long as they are clean.  I can't stand it when people don't wash their hands after using the bathroom.  EW!   Hmmm...maybe that's another topic?  lol

honestly, public restrooms beat peeing lots of places I've had to when none have been available (yes, TMI, I know)...I'm just careful not to touch much, and I clean my bathroom twice a week, so I don't scare anyone who needs to use it out of there.

I try not to use them but sometimes you have no choice. I don't touch anything, I use paper towels or toilet paper on the handles of the doors...it makes me mad when people don't flush...I mean do they do that at their own home? I highly doubt it, so why do it in public??? Just shows the lack of respect people have for one another.

This happens a lot.  I also get tired of listening to loud excessive gas being unloaded.  Can't people unload more discreetly?   I also had heard that you should flush and stand back, because the swirling water will splash tiny drops of water that contain germs that are from others and then will deposit on your clothes and skin.

I only use public restrooms if there is no other way of avoiding it.  I really don't understand how some people can be so nasty and inconsiderate.  Is it that hard to flush?  Do you really need to pee on the toilet seat or all over the floor around the toilet?

If I have no choice but to use one, I always look for the cleanest stall first... ie. no visible ickies on surfaces like seats and surrounding floor.  Something in the bowl is nasty, but can be flushed.  Then I go for the Lysol to disinfect.  We keep a travel size can in our car's glove box and in my wife's purse.  They are the perfect size and come in handy a lot.  If we need to use the restroom, we just spray the seat, handles, etc.  They also are great to use on carts at stores which don't provide sanitizing wipes to clean the cart's bar.
