I went to Ross Medical school and became a Medical assistant...As of now I am taking classes online at Kaplan for psychology I have always been interested in counseling and the human mind ..Hopefully I can finish and cash will not prevent me eek !!

Started at Grayson County College and am now at Argosy University studying Psychology.

I cannot wait to finish and move onward and upward to clinicals!!  woo hoo

i went to UC irvine, pharmacology major with a minor in product development and distribution. waste of time and money because after graduating i worked for a pharm company for 2 years and realized it was nothing at all like what we were taught and i hated every minute of it.  i'm just another housewife with a stack of useless degrees now

I went to Santa Fe CC for a year. I want to go back to school but looking into some of the all-online programs like Kaplan and Westwood College I couldn't believe the cost! $33,000 for 2 years PLUS other fees and books?! Better off going somewhere small and local.

not only are online courses very expensive, the so-called degree you get from them is not always accepted when it comes time to look for a job. my cousin did the kaplan program for pharmacy technician, paid $19,000 overall, and was promised "job placement assistance." their "assistance" consisted of this place is hiring... 200 miles away. so my cousin started applying at all the pharmacies that were near her and half of them said they did not accept her kaplan degree and would need her to complete a 6 week course through another program before they could hire her.

Well, being from New Jersey and all, I first attended Middlesex County College and earned my associate's degree in Liberal Arts-Political Science. I decided to go back to school about a year after graduating MCC, but this time pursuing a different path. I now attend Monmouth University and hopefully, in about another year or two, I will be graduating with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a Concentration in Forensics.
