I DO like one thing about Paypal, when buying something from Ebay.  If you buy anything using Paypal to pay for it, it's 100% guaranteed, even if the seller won't return your money, Paypal will.  I bought a jacket on Ebay, and received a smelly, worn, dirty, very much used jacket (nothing like the description/photo).  The seller refused to refund my money saying she had listed on her page that all sales are final.  Since I paid with Paypal, I contacted the resolution center (of Ebay), and they refunded my money, then turned around and got their money back from the seller.  Paypal stood behind their guarantee.  It took a while, but I got my refund.

No problem! I have a business account with paypal so it has a link to that information on my account page. I have been on ebay for years now with excellent feedback so I don't have any holds.

Sorry this happened but younever complete your part until after your for sure you got your payment.  Once it shows you got your payment then go and request it and have it moved to either bank account or sent to you.  That way it can't be gotten back by the person canceling on there end.  So far I have had no problems with paypal getting moneys to me or sending it.  I use them alot due to my business.

Careful, though.... PayPal reserves the right to debit your linked bank account for the funds if they deem it necessary due to a charged-back transaction.  In fact, their TOS even allows them to debit your linked bank account in such a case EVEN AFTER you delete/unlink/remove the bank account from your PayPal account.  The only way to really be sure, is to close your linked bank account (and cancel any linked credit cards).  Then, PayPal can't get the money back.

I'd be pissed.  I used to use paypal for ebay, but I got kicked off of Ebay for supposidly selling fake *bleep*.  I was pissed, but I am over it now.  I was like addicted to ebay.
