every year my parents are too cheap to get me and mu older brother presents for our bday...so we just ask and get $100.....wat about u?

Last year my best friend got me the 1st & 2nd season of American Dad. Loved it! My husband wanted to get me something but I thought the money would be spent paying bills. Having something new won't keep my cell phone from being turned off.

By the way I'm just wondering...if you parents are so cheap, why would they give you $100?

heh, I wish my parents would give me $100!  best birthday I ever celebrated was woodstock 99 with a paul simon/bob dylan show in MA the night before.

I got a new stove this year from my in laws, but only because ours quit working. I usually get money from my dad. My husband usually buys me movies or books.
