I just cashout around the middle of every month.  This way I have a little extra time to reach the $25 threshold for the following month if I need it.

I took some advice from oldbuddy that made sense.  you should be able to get $10 on referrals/bonus well before you can get the $15 in offers.  It makes no sense to not cash out as soon as you have the $15 in offers so you can start gaining your next $15 in my opinion.

I stick mostly with free offers, so there is not much chance I will make $15 twice in the same month.

As soon as I reach $ 25.00, I cash out.  Some months can be harder than others to reach the cash out level, so I think it is best to cash out as soon as you reach the level to request your check and then begin working on the next cash out.

I usually cashout when I reach the 25.00 minimum, unless I haven't reached the 15.00 offer minimum.

You have 180 days before offers that you completed expire, so until then they will roll over to the next month. I posted about it in more detail earlier in the thread!
