Referral not showing up

I have a quick question. I signed up as a referral on another user's account, but he claims that I do not currently show up as a referral. I have verified my email address and completed a $1.00 credit offer. He states that it can take days for a referral to show up. Is this true? Thanks in advance.

My referrals have always shown up as soon as they click on my link and fill out the info, even before they have activated their accounts.  If you are not showing up for him, either he or you should open a support ticket to find out why.
