Do the daily offers (daily paid to click and daily email). $.17 just for clicking and keeping windows open for 1 minute isn't a bad deal. You can post whenever as often as you'd like, as long as you make 30 posts by the end of the month, you can submit your request for your $3. Personally, I check out the forums every other day and make a few posts in threads that interest me. I don't make silly, useless posts just to get 30 posts for the month though.

Also, there are daily surveys you can try. I usually don't qualify so I don't do them as often as some people, but if you have the time, you can keep trying until you do qualify. There's a thread on the Offers section of the boards that has a "How-To" guide that might be useful to help you qualify for them.
