what happened to my sign up bonus?

it said i was supposed to have a 5 dollar sign up bonus but the only money i have made has been in offers any help?

Did you verify your account in the verification email that was sent to you after sign-up? If you answered "yes"

that guide really does help and it makes it easier for new people to learn their way around. i didnt have trouble getting my sign up bonus, but i did have some confusion on offers not showing up. glad someone took time to make that!

me too. i think it would cut down on some of the repeat threads i have noticed in the forums =)
