Paid Emails stopped coming.

I signed up for the Paid Emails from day 1 and completed them regularly until late April.  Didn't do them for a week or more and then they stopped coming.

Did the system automatically take me off the email list because I didn't do them for awhile?  May I just sign up for them again in order to start getting them?

That's exactly it. I tried finding where it says that but I know that's the policy...I think 7 days or more takes you off. I don't know if you can just sign up again, but try it. I'm sure you can.

Success!  Resigned up; reconfirmed my email addie (before midnight) and received today's paid email!  Back to normal.

Got my paid email today, but didn't get credit for it after I opened and viewed the ad for 60 secs.  Oh, well.  Maybe tomorrow it will work better.

Make sure they are not spam in your email account.  Double check that.

Don't worry they are probably very busy. Just be patient and I'm sure they will send you alot of post that will make you happy. I can wait until I recieve responses to my post.

The emails have been coming as promised.  They have not been crediting, however.  Believe I am doing them right, but have sent a note to Support for advice.

Has anyone else had problems getting credit on the paid emails?  I clear my temps/cookies.  Have all my ad blockers and pop-up blockers off.  Not sure what else I can do.  Any suggestions?

I have been getting the emails, and two of them credited, but this last one has not yet.  I don't want to be too impatient, but I thought those were sort of instant.  Oh well.

They should always be instant...they always credit for me before I even visit the site for a full 60 seconds or click the links. (I do that stuff anyways, but I check and notice it's already credited.)

Definitely contact support about that, and see what they can do.

4 days now -- have gotten and responded to the Survey Spot paid email without credit.

Have sent note to support for advice.

This is what I do:

Confirm that ad blockers and pop-up blockers are off on NIS (and anywhere else I might have them - ie toolbars)
Clear temps, cookies and history before clicking on paid email
Click on paid email
Log in to FC when requested.
Click on "Join Now"
Let ad load - even check on one of licks below (FAQ)
Wait 60-120 sec

Check FC Account to see whether credit has come thru -- they usually are quick (or not at all).

Did not have a problem with the paid emails crediting in April and thru mid May and I am using the same computer.  I'm at a loss as to why this keeps happening.

I'm a member of Survey Spot, but I wouldn't think that would make any difference with getting credit on the paid email.

6 days now -- none credited -- at least the problem is consistent.  Still waiting on response from Support.  Hope they'll get to me after the long weekend off.   May have to just drop the paid emails.

Finally, on the ninth day, I've gotten a paid email to credit!

Not sure what I did differently or whether FC solved the problem behind the scenes.  But I'm hoping it will continue to work from now on.
