When you do an offer and i just want to know when you do it when will
i know it didnt get approved so i can do it again?

you can only do each offer ONCE unless otherwise specified wether it credits or not.

It will stay in your clicked history yes even if it does not credit, even if you dont fill out an offer but you click on it, it will say pending in your history.

Yes, if it does not credit it stays on your Offers Page.  Make use of the MARK tab at the top of each offer.  It will turn the offer green so you know not to do it over.

why does everyone say it states pending in history? as soon as i do mine they all say not credited for under 7.00 or wait 7 days if over. then it goes to credited when n if it does... but it always says not credited to start with n stays that way when it never credits.

No clue.  The only time I have ever seen the word "pending" on here is when I cashout.
