Here's the long and short of it.  You can't make that kind of money online.  At least not right away.  That would take time, effort, continued education, and a boatload of patience.

It is all about referrals and leverage.  Leverage comes when you find the right opportunity and you tell 10 friends and they tell 10 friends and on and on.  Like the old shampoo commercial.  You do it all because it is a great opportunity, not because you are desperate.  Here, we are only paid one level, but the potential is still great!  And it is all FREE!
