I strive to at least drink close to a gallon a day which is ideal for health.

I drink about 5-8 ounces of water  a day, especially when I am cooking, I drink a lot of water.

I drink bottles of Ozarka water, and they're each .5 liters.

I drink 2 of them a day, so thats a little over 4 cups.

I try to get in 8.  Some times it is hard but if I put in Crystal light I drink it better.

My Favorite is the Peach Tea,  what is your favorite crystal Light?  I use the single bottle packets. I found walmart makes an off brand Peach Tea, not as good as crystal lite, but i can make 2 quarts at once.

I always have a large glass of water next to me at the computer and have to refill it every 30 mins.  Don't even realize how much water I drink until i stop and think about it haha.  I go through 6 to 12 glasses a day.  When I'm up and about I never drink but when I'm at a desk sitting still I drink tons of water.

Today I drank more than usual because I was mowing and doing yard work.
