How hard it is to quit depends on how many you smoke a day and your personality. For some people it actually is really hard. It's still a good idea, though.

If you don't smoke, then why mislead people?  Smoking is such a nasty and unhealthy habit.  For some people who have been smoking since the age of 13 it can be a hard addiction to give up.
