Your PayPal account is either unverified or nonexistant. You may only receive PayPal payments with a United States-based Verified account. In order to cash out, you must   how do u do this i have a paypal thang how do u add the munny to it

Yeah, paypal is really stupid with their money scams.
You can verify by adding a credit card; but only if you don't live in the US; they don't tell you that bit.
Other than that, you gotta adda bank account for them to mooch off of.
