Now a days iam  drinking green tea with flavors.i wonder how does it works  me.

i like green tea! i like to add a little honey to it.
its pretty awesome for the digestion track  :thumbsup:
i've had much luck with it since i started drinking it.
it makes everything run smoothly, so to speak...

i haven't tried any flavors other than the original.
which ones do you like? chai tea is also pretty
amazing stuff.

Green tea contains salubrious polyphenols, particularly catechins, the most abundant of which is epigallocatechin gallate. Green tea also contains carotenoids, tocopherols, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), minerals such as chromium, manganese, selenium or zinc, and certain phytochemical compounds. It is a more potent antioxidant than black tea,[5]  although black tea has substances which green tea does not such as theaflavin.

Green Tea is a healthy beverage, if brewed properly and left unsweetened or is you add natural flavors like lemon orange or cucumber slices, can help to keep you healthy and help to shed those few unwanted pounds.  It is high in caffiene so drink in moderation or don't drink in addition to other caffiene filled beverages.  I started drinking green tea about a year ago and just couldn't stand the taste of it.  I started brewing it as if making ice tea and add lemon or agave nectar (A natural sweetner you can find by the sugar or syrupes in your grocery store) If you drink at least 2-4 cups or glasses a day you'll notice a difference in your appetite your energy levels and within time a change in your weight.  Remember not to add artificial sweetners or processed sweetners like honey unless its all natural.

I like the taste of green tea, especially with added flavor(s).  Green tea seems to taste fresher to me when compared to black tea.  I use just a touch of sugar or equal to sweeten.  I prefer chilled tea, but I can drink green tea hot.  I do not care for black tea hot, but I like black iced tea.
