yeaterday i did the Harrispol no credit toolbar for fusion cash personal test iq my view can someone tell me why i was not getting paid for these offers

A few things you need to remember to do:

If you get a confirmation email for any offer you do, make sure to confirm your email (Harris Poll, My View)

Make sure you are clearing your cache & cookies before each offer you do, but make sure that you have received credit for your last offer before clearing them. With that said, allow some time between offers so that there is sufficient time to receive credit.

If you aren't getting credit for the searches you do on the toolbar, make sure you are doing valid searches and give a few minutes between searches. You must actually open one of the search results too.
