Sorry to hear you haven't received your Daily Cash E-Mail for the last three days. I've had problems in the past, too, but received my Daily E-Mail with no problem in the last few days. Here are some thing you can try:
(1) Check your spam folder to be sure your Daily E-Mails didn't somehow end up there. That has happened to me and a few other members once and we're still not sure why.
(2) Clear your History and Cookies. If you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options, then look for browsing history and click the delete button to eliminate temporary files, history and cookies. Then reboot. That sometimes helps and is a good thing to do each day before you start working Fusion Cash. Fewer lock-ups. Also, while you're there, check that your Security Settings are no higher than medium, which is still safe, amd won't interfere with you're receiving your daily E-mails or accessing Fusion Cash. Some anti-spyware programs can also cause problems. Check your settings.
(3) On your Account Page, go to Offer Completions, then click on 'offer crediting information' and check to be sure you see PASSED in the little box. If you see FAILED, then you need to lower your settings.
(4) Try accessing your Daily E-Mail from a different browser. This actually worked for me one day!. It was a suggestion from a Full Member in the Forum.
(5) That brings me to another great idea. Check topics in the Forum to see what suggestions have been made by other members regarding your issue. You are not alone. You have friends who want to help you. Make use of the Forum.
(6) If all else fails, go to Support and file a Support Ticket with the Administrator. Give the staff a detailed report of the problem you've been having, including dates, etc. Be patient. It may take a few hours or longer to receive a reply. In the meantime, you can click on Support and look at Option Two to check the status of your ticket.
If no one else is reporting problems receiving the Daily Cash E-Mails, it's probably a problem on your end. Try the above suggestions. However, sometimes the server is down for maintenance or there is some other issue going on with Fusion Cash, but it is usually only temporary and is repaired within one day. My guess is that it's something you need to fix on your end because you stated that you hadn't received your Daily E-Mail for the last three days. That's not normal. Good luck and don't give up.
