free trials?
« on: April 02, 2010, 01:24:16 pm »
how many of you have tried to do a free trial for one of these survey sites and are told you have to pay a fee? um...last time i checked that is not free. what about those of us who are unable to work at the moment and need these sites to earn some money. kind of hard to do if you have to put money out.  :'( >:(

I agree, there is usually a catch, just like those say "free", and at the end you find out you need to do a gold or silver to count

Big mistake in trying those free trials.  I've heard so many horror stories about those.  Plus I never fall for those free trials offers- there is always a trap somewhere. :bs:

there are plenty of ways to earn money here doing different things......you will not get rich but 20.00-50.00 per month is cool.

I hate things like that, or if you don't qualify for an offer, like 90% of the time.

If you don't have a genuine interest in the product or service you probably shouldn't do it. The trial period of all the ones I've seen on FC is free. If you try these you need to be careful and read the terms. Most free trials have a time period and if you don't cancel within it then they start billing you so be sure you know how to cancel it.

Many times offers with gold and silver at the end only require you to click and look at the advertisers stuff to complete the offer. You only have to do them if you want the free TV or whatever the promotion within the offer is. I haven't seen many of these on FC and I've not seen any that require participation at that stage to complete the original offer.  :dontknow:

If you are wanting a completely free site go to squishy cash. They do NOT pay as well as fusion does and it takes FOREVER to earn cashout. Fusion pays more across the board. But if you insisit on being babies about it feel free to try out a site that is a big joke instead...

I think they need to pass a law saying if you advertise something for 'free' you can't add a little asterisk and add 'shipping and handling' which can be whatever they decide.  Free trial is fine, as long as you don't get charged ahead and have to ask for money back, I suppose... but I don't see how they can call it 'free' if you have to pay for it!

I avoid free trials, because nothing is free...even cancelling a membership involves a fee on my credit card, since funds are limited, I stay away altogether.
