I've not tried the ones listed on the original note but Quick Weight Loss worked really well for me.  I lost 70 lbs in under a year!

I have not tried any of the diets listed but I am interested in hearing about the Quick Weight Loss.  I am going to go look that up and see what is involved.  I have an Aunt on my mom's side of the family who was and still hooked on dexatrim for the last 35 years.  I would not pay someplace like Nutrasystem, Jenny Craig, or any of the others because I cannot afford that.
