Do you recieve the 5 dollar sign up bonus when you sign up or when you cash out ?

Thank you for this!  I was really confused for a while because on the front page it said I would get $5 to sign up, but it didn't give any other information about it.

I did the same thing.  I never saw the link for  http://www.fusioncash.net/confirm.php?do=coreg and I was not finding how to get the $5.  also make sure you do the phone verification
