Limit on refferals?

So I had my dad, and my friend join fusioncash.
My dad said he signed up under my link, and did a few things and he's not even on my refferal list and neither is my friend.
It SHOULD be there because I helped them out made sure they were on the right site and what not.
Is there a limit on refferals, because maybe thats it?

They should show up on your referral list as soon as they sign up. You'll receive the $1 bonus when they confirm their email, and the $2 bonus when they complete their first offer. Did they sign up under a different IP address? You're only allowed one account per household/IP address, so if either your dad or your friend signed up at your house, it might not be crediting for that reason.

It wasn't the same IP address that's why I'm like what the heck?
I didn't even get them under the list.
I'm SO confused I'm pretty sure they should be there!
