The Bible is excellent proof AGAINST the existence of god.  This is due to the fact that if you actually read it (most believers haven't), you will quickly discover that this god of "love" everyone talks about is actually a mass-murderer; it contains scientific inaccuracies such as the world being flat, and dozens of verses that flat-out contradict each other.  There are also a bunch of ridiculous laws (don't sit on the same furniture as a woman on her period), horrible commandments (stone your disobedient children), and wacked-out fairytales (how could Noah gather millions of species of animals or Jonah live inside a giant fish for 3 days -- c'mon now!).  All of this contradicts a perfect god and instead very clearly shows that it was written by BRONZE AGE MEN.

I sure do. I believe in God not because of my parents or the way i was taught. As I got older. I found out who he is for myself. Creation is a great place to start.
