Final Fantasy

Does anybody here like it or hate it? If you d like it then does anybody know when Final Fantasy 14 is due to release in the U.S.?

I have liked the FF series immensely.  Final Fantasy XIII has been released within the last month in the US.

I didnt even know they were working on a ffXIV....lol I really need to get back into checking up on that ^^:;

I liked the FF series even though I've never been a platform gamer. My favorite was FF 7. 8 was ok, but it seemed glitchy on my PC. The only other PC version was 11, but that was an MMORPG which I'm not a huge fan of either (and it sounds like 14 is supposed to also be an MMORPG, so I'm not really desperate to go out and get it when it does come out). I was able to play some of the very early versions using a ROM converter on my PC, and I went to a friend's house and played 9 a little bit (I liked the nostalgic design in some of the characters, like the hooded magic users). I wish they would port more of the games over to PC. I'm thinking they should be able to for 13 esp. since it was made for both PS as well as X-box.

FInal Fantasy is one of the best series made!!  I am not sure when #14 is coming out, but my favorites are #7 and #10.  Love it!

FF 14 is already out in the US for pc users. I have the game, and i'll tell you now it's a horrible experience. There is already a huge update coming up in the next months, to fix the games' problems. Pretty much they're admitting they screwed up, and released the game before it was really finished, and playable to say the least.
