How does cashing out work exactly?  If you cash out before the end of the month when should you expect to get your payment?

You will have to wait until the monthly cycle for the next month.  Yes, it takes a bit, but you will get paid.  I just my check in the mail this week for my february cash out.  Hang in there.  It will come!
