I could sure use your prayers

   I am having some problems and have a dr appointment tomorrow.  If you are a christian I could sure use your prayers.  God Bless All of you here.

If you pray for something, and God doesn't give it to you, then people say its because it wasn't part of God's plan.

But if it WAS part of God's plan, then you wouldn't need to pray for it because he was already going to do it.

So then why pray?

Um...that actually proves my point exactly.  You're telling God to do what HE wants, not what YOU want.

A lot of times God intends to grant your request only if you show you believe in Him by asking Him for what you need. Jesus did say "Ask and you will recieve." By asking you show your faith, and then if it is His will He will grant your request. Even if He doesn't grant you request, He will still give you some other grace as a reward for asking.
