Referrals
« on: December 06, 2007, 10:34:41 pm »
Hey I have a question.....

I have 3 Referrals, my girlfriend, my bestfriend, and my sister.
For some reason I have been denied those referrals.
I even wrote a ticket about it. But when I went back to the page, it wasn't there.
So now I'm like lost because I don't know what to do.
Is it maybe because my girlfriend uses my computer when she's on? Or maybe my sister? Whats going on?

From FC TOS:

-Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.

-Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.

-Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved

Hope this helped & explained any questions. Best of luck to you.

That is something you're going to have to ask FC. But many reasons are a factor in a referral getting denied.
ex: Falso information, not in the United States, etc.

If all was done correctly, open another Support Ticket & ask again. I've always had good responses from Support Tickets. Be sure when you fill out the Support Ticket, after you click Send, on the next page, very bottom, is 2 options. One will be in the affect to, "Look at F&Q to see if this has already been answered" And second option will be a button to press that reads to the affect of, "No, my question wasn't answered, send support ticket"

You have to be sure that you get a screen that reads, "Thank you, your support ticket has been sent. Responses usually within 24 hours"..something like that.

I made that mistake first time I sent one in, clicked on send once and didn't realize there was that second page to confirm sending it.

That's probably why, when you went back to the Support Page, your question wasn't listed, it didn't go through. You'll get 2 emails after sending a support ticket correctly. One is a verification of your sent support ticket. And second will be when it's answered, they inform you to come back to FC, click on Support and you'll see a "Closed" status on your question & you click on the inquiry to read FC's response. It will read "Pending" until it is answered.
