not getting credited

I am doing all of the offers and i am not getting credited at all can someone HELP ME please HELP ME

Here are a few tips:
Make Sure to use internet explorer. i have had the most results with this
clear cookies before & after the offer
keep window open for minimum of 10 mins after finishing
make sure to use correct information.
