They shouldn't take back used underwear it should be like bathing suits where you can't return after you buy it.

Sock and underwear are one thing that you should NEVER buy used or even as a hand-me-down.  That is just too risky! Even if you drowned them in bleach for an hour... to many things can be lurking and those parts are the most sensitive to your body why put them at risk.  NO THANK YOU
