What is your favorite Breakfast Food?

I love a basic breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast. But i never eat breakfast so for me its usually lunch or dinner.

I always start my morning with a nice hot cup of COFFEE!  But my fave is a toasted multigrain flat bread with mixed berries cream cheese and a side of Fruit..  MMmmm

yes nothing beats an old fashion breakfast like eggs salmon and grits one of my favorite. but cream of wheat will do the trick with a little butter and honey.

If I'm going out to a restaurant, then it's no holds barred - Eggs Benedict and home fries, big glass of orange juice.

At home though, it depends on the weather. If it's a cold morning I love a huge bowl of oatmeal with some fruit and yogurt, and some bacon on the side, or if it's hot I make myself a double size smoothie with whey protein, almond milk, a banana and frozen berries.

When I started to lose weight, my doctor told me to make breakfast my biggest meal of the day, so I tend to eat HUGE. I'm not hungry when I first wake up so I wait until I'm really hungry and then eat as much as I want. Down 50lbs so far!!

I like biscuits and gravy with some hash browns. or a very cheesy omelet with lots of stuff. most of the time i don't  get to breakfast.

I have been eating bagels for breakfast. April 4th Big apple bagel is going to have jalepona cream cheese w/ jalepona bagels. YUMMY i cant for that weekly special to come.

Oatmeal is the most healthy breakfast and I like it.

I love having a bowl of blueberries and strawberries with a couple poached eggs.....yum yum.
