CASHOUT ERROR!

I had a referral bonus from my friend who signed up and finished an offer. Today after 3 weeks of pending, it tells me those two pending cash-outs were from my referral and were denied. How is this possible? I'm pissed because I still can't cashout due to "getting revoked" all the time. Any help?

did your friend ever sign on through your IP address?  or at a public location?  This is often why they get denied.

You can't do it with the same ip it won't let you. he did it on his computer I live in Miami, and he lives in New York, so no.
