Gold Baseball Card Offer Will Not Go Through!!

The reason is that part of it is missing from the page. You put in your name, address, credit card info. and where you are supposed to click to say that you agree with the terms and conditions IS NOT THERE. IT IS BLANK. The offer will not go through.

I have signed up for the other two offers being offered by Danbury Mint as is this one . They both have the missing part. They went through immediately.

Anybody had this same problem??   HELP----What can I do??
