I got an offer completion bonus but not the referral bonus?

Hi I just got my first referral and they completed an offer so I got $2.00 but wasn't I also suppose to get $1 for them signing up? Because I never got that bonus.

You get the $1 bonus when they confirm their email. So most likely your referral did an offer, but didn't confirm his email.

How can they complete an offer WITHOUT confirming their email?
I'd assume that they'd have to confirm their email before they can do ANTHING on the site.

same thing happened to me.  But the next day they confirmed their email address and I got the dollar.  Give it a day or two.  Maybe they just havent checked their email yet.  Good luck.
