The story goes that the anti-christ will make people bear his mark and no one will be able to buy or sell anything without said mark. HA! But as far as the marks go...haven't they been doing mark-systems throughout history? Papers, tattoos, wristbands, haircuts/styles, other custom materials, etc. They just seem more complex today because they involve more numbers.

I'm asking this honestly-Do you guys really think it's going to be THAT obvious?  That people are walking around with numbers tattooed on their foreheads?  I mean, isn't the AntiChrist supposed to be more of a test to us all?  He/she is supposed to lead us the wrong way under false pretenses.  I just can't see that it would be such an obvious test.  I think that the book of Revelations is more a book of imagery, don't you think?  The whole Bible is filled with imagery to make points-a very good tactic, if you ask me because it really gets its point across.  Why wouldn't the final book follow suit and go with the flow of the rest with the likening of items and stories about them to other things that will have an impact on our lives?  Maybe the test will be easy-it just makes me wonder because wouldn't it be nice to know that your final exam is a snap?
