Have anyone come across this situation on FC that you have to send your identification ID in order for you to cashout, because there some activity going on with your account...

Its happened to some of the Members on a first cashout.  Just fax them your ID and you should be fine.

It doesn't only happen on your first cashout - It happened on a 4th cashout, even when none of my information had changed...It has happened to more than a few people here, too...

I'm optimistic about a good resolution though; they said they'd get back to me once they looked at my fax... :)

What happens if you don't have access to a faxing machine?

That is a good question. I am wondering why they end up asking for your ID later on when they did not ask for it during sign up.

I'd have to say I don't think I would send my ID to anyone. My Social Security number is on my ID and I'm just not handing that information out. Why would they not ask for this information when signing up if it is imperative?

Because sometimes 2 accounts may seem similar and we want to verify it is actually 2 different people. You can black out most private information on your ID as long as we can see the picture, name, and address.

Kohler,

How long will it take for my cashout status to be changed? (I've already faxed my ID.) Will I still  be able to cash out by the 20th of this month? (I cashed out on Nov. 30th.) -Or will this delay it until next month?

-- Thanx

good freakin' luck i have been dealing with this temp. denied thing for almost 2 months, and still havent got my money, first they told me to fax it in, then i kept getting an error on the fax machine then they told me to email it and i did 4+ times and they said they didnt get any of them then i was told to put it in a ticket and i did and it finally got answered, then they tell me to fax it again and ignored the info in my ticket, this is BS, i mean if FC does'nt want to pay me just say so and stop screwing me around

Faxing in your information is the only way we handle ID requests. Several people have faxed in their information within the past month with no problems.
