What smell, taste, sound, brings back great memories?

Oddly enough, the only smell that really invokes feelings in me is the air in Israel. Everytime i visit and take a breath, i just feel warm and fuzzy inside, and it reminds me of younger days.

I say oddly enough cause i don't really like being there, lol. I'm one of them agnostic jews.

I dont know if anyone has been on the E.T. Adventures ride at Universal Studios, but the smell of the forest is the most amazing smell EVER! It smells soooooooo CLEAN! The smell is from the fog , but I go on the ride, JUST for the smell! lol

Whenever I smell Kerosene in lamps it bring back fond memories of my Great Grandmother.  She burned them in every room.  She would always have the hot "real" hot dogs and ice cream in cones.  Those were the great days for me.
