Ok, I'm confused here.  If, lets say, my brother who has his own computer in his room decides to sign up and do offers and surveys, he can't?  I have my computer, he has his, but he can't sign up under my referral?
That's right.  Only one FC member per internet connection; only one FC member per household.

They were rejected because it appears that you all used the same internet connection at a point in time.  Sharing internet connections is not allowed by the TOS.

So should i cancel my old cashout? It is at $28.30 or something, but status is still pending. Thanks for the quick response to last post as well.

Since it's still over $25 you're fine- no need to cancel it.

my referral was just rejected this week as well!  They were over visiting and used my computer ... i guess that makes us in the same "household"?  I guess it's best to keep referrals as people you don't know.

Not unless if your friend from the UK move to the states and become a legal US resident... Better yet it's best to review the FC terms of service (TOS) for complete details.

Some PTC sites will allow you to have more than one account per IP address if you send them a copy of a driver's license proving that there are two different individuals living at that address and the names match the names on the accounts.  You have to look at it from their point of view.  What would stop me from signing up many times under false names?  I wouldn't care about ever racking up money to the fake accounts, but only to verify the accounts and complete 1 offer would pay the real me $3 each and every time.

And Nicole.  Ha Ha!  I know that is your real name cause I see you around online.  I understand what you are saying.  So people find you because they are going to YouTube to find out how to do things then they look at your other videos?  Guess that would work.  There just never seems to be enough time to do all the stuff I want to.

That's pretty funny :)

I like to think that we're pretty reasonable... referrals are revoked only for obvious violations of the Terms of Service.

Ok, I have a question then. I am doing this at a college campus with about 10,000 other kids using the internet. Will this still work?

The only place to be is all over the place.  People see me and know that I am an honest and person that likes to help others.  I am not a mean SHARK marketer, not a spammer, one of the "good guys" so to say :)  If people want referrals, they have to remember that people join people...not programs.  If someone helps you make money, wouldn't you stick around?  I know you are also a good person, you have been around and know your stuff as well!  That's why we can share info that really does work!
