I have heard that if you dont cash out for 90 days or so then the balance in your account gets erased. Is this true?

False.

You have 180 days after completing an offer to cash it out.  If you don't cashout that offer before 180 days is up, the amount for that offer will expire.  Your entire balance in your account at the time WON'T be erased, just the offer that originally credited.

For example -  Say you have a balance of $22.00.  Of that $22.00, $1.00 is an offer you completed 179 days ago.  If you don't earn another $3.00 that day and cashout, on the next day your new balance would be $21.00 as that $1.00 offer would expire.

Yeah just try to cash out every 180 days or sooner that way you will be sure your offers don't expire and you should have more when you cash out
