I know. I totally agree. I never like Palin or Mccain. Thank goodness Obama is our president!

It is surprising to hear someone tell others not to vote?  There's no reason to be scared.
I would prefer people were educated about politics, however, when they are not(the VAST majority of voters) I would just assume they not vote.
Of all the people I know, whether they voted for Obama or McCain they universally had almost no idea what their candidates actually stood for.
Most used slogans like "He has the experience to 'fix' the economy" or "He'll change the way things are done in Washington and 'fix' the economy". Specifically how would either "fix" the economy? "Fight terrorism" "Combat Corruption"? Not one could answer.
Even the "best" informed people would mostly fill up their chosen candidate with whatever they wanted, and make up random crap they don't like about the other.

i jsut hope that before you say something to a person, you have grabbed a mirror and look at how clean yourself is to say such things to others.

Let me just ask you if you happen to know that North and South Korea are 2 different countries? Palin thought they were just north and south of the same country! This is only 1 example of her iodiot qualification! I am not talking about party bias here...I am talking about a purely stupid person!

She would make a much better president than the current moron (idiot, etc) That clown lies to everyone, but people are to stupid to know anything. Just like, if you sell drugs as a mayor, we will reelect you; leave us in a flood, you must get reelected... That is one of the reasons why CEO and businesses run the country rather than the people, they are just to stupid, when they hear something that they do not understand or do not want to try to. That is why the framers of they constitution wrote it the way it is, because the average person is to stupid to vote. And personally, my opinion is that you do not have opinions until you are an adult, which means educated, responsible and have lived a little life to understand it (currently that is about 40 years of age)

I am not sure where you heard or read this, but there is always so much misinformation and falsehoods being spread around.

Not true-
The recent Fox interview made it sound like the claim against her about being ill informed about South/North Korea  being two different countries was absurd. Of course she knew that they were two different countries. The question, however, was not that. The question was whether or not she knew why North and South Korea were two different countries. To that question, she had no answer.

You put a political official who could have had one of the highest authorities in the world on par with us "generics"? If I believed what Palin believed, I doubt my friends would say nice things about me. I don't fear Palin as an individual. I fear the power she could have had weighed with her beliefs and how she would apply them.

I'm very sure you are right about the puppeteers but I was not really making a political statement...just an observation about Palin who immediately struck me as an ignorant person from the first moment I saw her and continually since. As a woman, it would be an incredible insult if she were to become the first woman president. Again, I am not talking about politics or parties...just individuals who put themselves in the position of being 'judged' for their qualifications on anything at all. George Bush was a joke and truly embarassing to see as the representative of our country. As you say, the current "puppeteer" may or may not be able to institute anything further than the strings reach above him; but in my eyes, he is at the very least a 'respectable' individual and certainly more  worthy of his position than Sarah Palin for crying out loud!
