resend my payment

hello, i had my payment approved and sent to me, but it got sent back because i gave my creditcard number instead of my account number, could you please resend my payment now, i fixed the problem

wow look atthe help.. this site sucks .. i mean really.. my payment got sent back becuase i had 1 number wrong in my bank info.. i guess i jsut shoulda done paypal... this is bullshti ..were is my 35 dollers its now nov 25.. and i cashed out lieka  month ago... and THE PEOPLE HERE DONT HELP YOU ITS SAD

FC is only doing what they're supposed to be doing. It is at no fault to theirs that you entered your information wrong. And since your payment did not go through and got sent back to you hence preventing you getting paid during the stated timeframe, you will have to wait till next cashout. Cashout no later than the last day of the month (Nov. 30th) and you'll be approved (providing all info is correct) by Dec. 15th and be paid Dec. 20th.

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the next cashout which will be up until the last day of this month to get payment by or on Dec. 20th.
Cashout Nov. 30th-Get approved around Dec. 15th-Get paid Dec. 20th

Even if there was only one number wrong, it's not like Fusion Cash can guess the correct number.  They wouldn't know how many in the account number were wrong, whether it was one or all of them, or what the correct number would be in order to change it.  So why would you blame them for that?

You have two options in addition to posting - 1 - Open a Support Ticket and/or
                                                                2 - Send and email to support@fusioncash.com

Good Luck and I'm sure your situation will be addressed if you follow either or both of the two suggestions above.

eminded - many members have responded to your post in your thread.  No reason to go around from thread to thread downing FC.  This was a Holiday weeked.  I am sure they are researching your issue.  I realize you opened a support ticket and I am sure it had to be directed to the proper staff for resolution.  You, too, can email them to see if there is an update.

FC does all they can to resolve issues as quickly as possible.  Remember, there are human beings behind the names we see with lives of their own.  Don't be so hasty in bashing them or this site.
