Directly from FC TOS under Membership Requirements:

-Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.

-Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.

-Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

If you're still unclear about it, I'd open a Support Ticket and ask FC directly. But from my understanding, Apartments shouldn't share the same internet connection unless the Tech got lazy and wired the place wrong (for cable internet) But each connection should have it's own modem. If using DSL, that uses your phone line (as you have to put blocker boxes on each phone jack so you can still use the phone while being online...unless they've changed since I last used it...). And if you all have seperate phone numbers, then no worries. For dial up, same thing. I'd really check with FC though just to be on the safe side.

I've had alot of problems with my phoen and internet so i really don't know lol. I've had to have everything rewired a few times so I couldn't tell ya lol Im not much into that kind of stuff. She signed up on her computer the computer broke so I had to fix it, while i was fixing itI let her use my computer, and that's when the trouble started. this is all a big misunderstanding where a single mother was trying to get some money so her kid would have a christmas.

Best advice I could give you or anyone could give you. Is to open a Support Ticket and ask FC Staff directly so they may look into this matter for you. I am sure they have ways of verifying whether or not you or you friend are violating their TOS by using the same connection, etc.

This really is a matter of a technical importance & should be taken up with FC by way of a Support Ticket.

Best of luck to you & your friend.

I've always had a great response time with support tickets. It states to give them 1-3 days but I've always received mine an hour or so later.

But for your situation, they may have to look into seeing if you and your friend share an internet connection. So that may take more time to get a response.

A hint: Open a new thread and title it: "Question for Kohler"
He is great at timely responses and will assist you the best he can.

You can always send an email to support@fusioncash.com.  A quicker response is possible.
