as a kid has anyone ever really took a good look at the names of the colors, whats the most unique or strange name u know of?

The only color that I can think of is Sienna. I think it is a blue color, I am not sure.

My favorite color that stood out to me was Cerulean which is probably about the same color as the ocean in the Bahamas.

Sienna is actually a shade of brown. There is one called Burnt Sienna too!

my favorite color in my paint box is payne's gray! you can use it to make colorful shades of nearly any hue and it keeps them from becoming muddy.

Definitely Chartreuse, which is a shade of green with a slight yellow tint.
