yeah it's not fair...you do the surveys and you don't get anything in return....all you can do is let it go haha...some people choose to get upset over it and some people choose to just keep repeating "some credit, some don't...some credit, some don't....." in order to feel better about it haha....

I'm guilty of letting it get to me (especially when I do everything correctly and still don't get credited) haha....But honestly...it's not like we're doing a whole lot of work here....

I'm going through the same thing with Columbia House DVD Club.  Not only did it not credit... but CH charged my credit card... and now they're totally denying they did even though I checked my transaction history and I KNOW they did.  I did some research on the company and I'm not the only one having issues with them.  Just a word of caution!

Hmmm, Columbia House has been around for many many years. They started off as just a CD Club, then started the DVD club several years ago. I used to belong to them. But only reason why I no longer belong to them was because I fulfilled my membership commitment with them and just never bought anything more from them.
But I never had problems with them.

Just a word of caution for you though, if you did the Columbia House offer through FC, beware of "bad talking" about them as that is against TOS! Just a friendly warning.  

But sorry to hear of your troubles with them. They've always been very reputable with me. Maybe company changed hands or something

Well said! I have had a few not credit too but no sense in getting all uptight about it....unless it's for one where you spent money. Then, it's on like Donkey Kong!
