Do you shop at sam's club? Do you really save money?

You save on pretty much everything they carry.  The only thing that I never consider buying there is pop.  It is always cheaper to buy somewhere else.

I have joined twice in 5 or so years - always when i had to buy a bunch of junk for some school/team thing. I bought once or twice in a year and didn't go back. I think if you have a lot of big shopping to do or you can buy in bulk and store things it is probably a good deal. We are a family of five and I do not have much storage space. When I went I found I would by more than I wanted size-wise and lots of different things. My bill would be bigger than I meant to spend. So, it wasn't great for me. Plus, it is a huge warehouse. It takes forever to find things. I do have friends that think the quality is great though. So, I think you have to weigh out what purpose bulk shopping would be for you. I DO think you can save money over the longhaul. Good luck

i shop at BJ's which is similar to Sam's Club and some things are extremely cheap and it is really like any other store, once you learn where things are the fact that it is a "large warehouse" doesn't really bother me. When I was buying baby formula and wipes/diapers often this was a HUGE savings!  I also buy bottled water and paper goods most of the time at a much lower cost.

I shop at sam's club sometimes.  You can save on some things but on others the items seem to be just a bit over priced.  I buy Ink cartridges in the 3 pack and I really save money on them as compared to buying them separately at Officemax or Office Depot.
